Jody''s lesson is designed to give students an overview of the work that Sarah and Angelina Grimke did for the cause of abolition and women’s rights. Their work for this cause led them to be an influence on later well-known women’s rights activists. Students will use primary and secondary sources to achieve an understanding of the Grimke sisters.
